    Terms and Conditions

    Agreement between Total Lawn Care and all workers associated with (Hereinafter "TLC") and "Client" 

    1. Mow/Edge/Seasons: TLC will mow lawn areas as needed to maintain an even well maintained appearance. TLC will edge lawn areas a maximum of one time every week. All clippings will be mulched unless noted. Clippings will be placed in Client’s yard waste container or bagged and placed in Client’s trashcan. TLC will sweep or blow off walkways, patios, and driveways as needed. Winter months (Oct-March) will be described as times the client will receive lawn maintenance every 10-16 days.  Summer months (April-Sept) will be described in times where lawn service is provided every 7-10 days. Summer and winter seasons may vary based on need to provide a well-maintained yard. The months listed are only estimates for billings incurred. These seasons and prices are subject to change at TLC’s discretion. Service will not be available on New Years Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

    2. Disclosures: 
On non-weather permitting days service will be completed on next available day during the week.
 Repairs due to storm damage, vandalism, damage done by others or conditions beyond TLC’s control such as over or under watering, weeds, and patching or discoloration of sod or grass for any reason will be born by client. 
TLC workers will attempt to close any gates opened for service. However, TLC does not assume any liability if a gate is left open.


    3. Terms of Contract: 
If it shall become necessary for TLC or Client to give notice of any kind, the notice shall be written and served by sending such a notice via regular mail, door delivery, or email to the last known address of TLC or Client. 
This agreement shall be binding upon the successors of TLC, and the heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assignees of Client. The Client or TLC have a 30 day period to opt-out of this contract. Written notice via certified mail must be postmarked on or before the 30 day mark proceeding this contracted agreement. 
In the event of legal action to collect a past due account, Client agrees to pay all collection costs including but not limited to a $350 attorney fee to process paperwork, liens,and any court costs to collect as well as late charges of $25.00 for 
payments made after the 15th of the month.

    4. Compensation:  TLC shall receive for services rendered, the amount listed in information above from “Client”. The fee as stated above is for a term of 12 months. All Monthly payments will be due at the time of, or prior to the 1st mowing date for that billing month. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for payments not received by the 15th of the month.
